In 2000, at age 32, David Fenley developed the first full service hotel in suburban Louisville in 20 years. The Hilton Embassy Suites had nine consecutive #1 rankings for all 187 Hilton Embassy Suites within the U.S. from 2004 to 2014.

David Fenley, at age 35, became the only two-time, and back-to-back Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” finalist for 2003 and 2004 for both Kentucky and Ohio regions.

August 2014, David Fenley makes national headline for closing lender Citigroup’s largest Wall Street rated CMBS corporate portfolio loan in Kentucky, a testament to Fenley’s financial strength.
