On January 1, 2005 Fenley Real Estate acquired the Management contract for the distinctive Preston Pointe, in the center of downtown Louisville’s waterfront business district. Developed by Potter & Associates Architects in 2003, this 76,551 sq. ft. building features five floors for business and retail topped by two-story residential condominiums on the sixth and seventh floors.

Brushed stainless steel panels adorn this Louisville riverfront landmark which boasts a sharply slopping 13-story roof, designed to emphasize the kinetic energy present among the redeveloping waterfront.
