Fenley Receives Multiple IREM Awards

On November 1st the Olmsted played host to some 200 real estate professionals striving to be part of the first annual “Premier Real Estate Management Awards” also known as the PREMA. The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) put out a call for nominations to the community at large.

As testimony to our team approach to superior property management, Fenley is celebrating the following accolades.

First honors went to 614 West Main Street, in the category of Best Contribution to the Neighborhood.

First and second honors went to Olympia Park Plaza and Five Corporate Campus respectively in the category of Best Managed Office Property.
