Embassy Suites Ranks #1
Fenley announces Embassy Suites in Hurstbourne Green, a Fenley owned property, has received the highest customer service ranking in the United States.
Reports released by Embassy Suites, the flagship of Hilton, show the Louisville Corporate Campus location ranking #1 among the 187 Hilton hotel locations around the US. Data collected for the CRM Scorecard, period ending December 31, 2007, shows approximately half of the people surveyed were return guests giving very favorable markings to the Campus location in the areas of staff helpfulness and overall satisfaction.
Embassy franchisee owner, David Fenley, said “The ability for our clients to house their visitors in a top ranked hotel is necessary.” This is the fourth year in a row this hotel has been ranked #1 in U.S., which is unprecedented. “To say the least, I am very excited and proud for Bud Vivion, General Manager, his staff and Ches Musselman, Musselman Hotels for their accomplishments.”
