(Louisville, KY) This year to commemorate Veteran's Day, Fenely team members delivered red, white and blue cookies to all the veterans in its buildings. Fenley properties host 51 veterans representing all branches of service. One veteran, the Vice President of a Fortune 500 investment firm, summed up Fenley's intent nicely with a note that read, “Your thoughtful gift of Heitzman cookies on Veteran's Day was a major surprise.”
Fenley appreciates the kind words, and thanks every veteran for their service and sacrifice.
By the way, for those wondering why Veteran’s Day is celebrated on November 11th…
The signing of the Armistice that ended World War I occurred at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918!
