Making an impression with office suites
(Louisville, KY) When Dr. F. Allen Walker, a psychiatrist with Louisville ADHD, opened his fledgling practice in July 2005, he had no patients, no office, no furniture. He simply wanted to get his career up and running.
He did that in part by leasing a small office suite in the Hurstbourne area. But in July 2008, he signed a one-year lease for a larger 18-by-18-foot office suite at Fenley Office Park.
The three-building, 178,000-square-foot complex, on 10 acres on U.S. 42 in Louisville, is operated by Fenley Real Estate.
Walker's first leased office was among 72 executive suites in Fenley's Corporate Campus location in the Hurstbourne Green business park development.
